- This program allows eligible older Tasmanians to receive one $100 voucher per year to help with the cost of sport and active recreation membership or registration.
- You need to be 65 or older and be listed on a Services Australia health care or pensioner concession card.
- Due to unprecedented demand, applications for the 2025-26 financial year have now closed. All available vouchers have been issued.
- Vouchers must be used at an approved activity provider by 5 June 2026.

How to apply

What you need to apply
To apply online you will need:
- an email address
- your Services Australia pensioner concession card, or
- your Services Australia health care card.
You will need to enter your card number during the application. The card details will be validated.
To apply at a service centre you will need:
- identity documents
- your Services Australia pensioner concession card, or
- your Services Australia health care card.
Can I apply?
To apply for the ticket to wellbeing program you must:
- be over 65 years of age
- live in Tasmania
- have a valid Services Australia pension concession or health card card.
Proving your identity
You must provide evidence of your name, date of birth and address. You must provide original documents. You can provide your:
- Tasmanian driver licence, or
- Tasmanian personal information card.
If you don't have a driver licence or personal information card, you can provide one document with your name and date of birth and one document with proof of your current address:
- Australian Birth certificate (or extract)
- Australian Citizenship papers
- Passport
- Change of Name or Marriage Certificate (from Births, Deaths and Marriages) to prove any name change
- Tasmanian firearms licence
- Australian Government issued pension card
- Recent bank statement or utility account with current residential address.
You must also provide:
- Services Australia pensioner concession card, or
- Services Australia health care card.
