About replacing a working with vulnerable people card

You do not have to replace your card as your employer or volunteer organisation can check your registration status online.

    How to replace

    What you need to replace

When you log on to My Registration you must have:

    • your registration number
    • last name
    • date of birth
    • your phone or email address to receive a code.

If you do not want to pay the fee online or you would like a new photo, you can do this at a service centre.

To make a payment only at a service centre, you must:

    • bring your online receipt or reference number
    • pay the fee.

To make a payment and have a new photo taken at a service centre, you must:

    • bring your online receipt or reference number and your identity documents with you
    • pay the fee (if you haven't already paid online)
    • have your photo taken.

If you are under 18 a parent or legal guardian must come with you. Your parent or legal guardian must:

    • show identification (4 documents that show their given name and family name in full, date of birth and include their photograph)
    • provide a link between the applicant and parent or legal guardian (which can be done with a birth certificate or guardianship documentation)
    • consent to the terms and conditions.

      Can I replace?
