- These licences are no longer being issued. You can buy or lease a licence from an existing licence holder.
- To buy a licence, you must submit an application form (PDF, 554KB) to notify the change in ownership and pay a $17 fee at a service centre.
- To lease a licence, the owner and new operator must complete the application form (PDF, 557KB). You must then pay a $17 fee at a service centre.
