- The role of a responsible person is to act as the Transport Commission's primary contact, oversee and be responsible for ensuring the service meets regulatory safety, security, and related standards.
- The accredited operator or authorised person must complete an application form (PDF, 116KB), provide a national police certificate (PDF, 883KB) for the new nominated responsible person.
- You must pay a $85 fee when you submit your application at a service centre.
