Apply for an owner-operator taxi licence

Key info

• Owner-operator licences are released annually by the Transport Commission. You must visit a service centre to apply.
• To apply you must be an accredited individual. Organisations cannot apply.
• You must be a registered operator of a suitable vehicle that is not used to provide a taxi service under another licence and have no outstanding fees due to the Transport Commission.
