- A luxury hire car service is a pre-booked public passenger service. The service uses a small passenger vehicle approved for use as a luxury hire car by the Transport Commission.
- You must hold passenger transport service operator accreditation for a Category A service.
- You must submit the completed application form (PDF, 121KB) at a service centre and pay the $178 fee.
