  • You can make an anti-discrimination complaint through to Office of the Anti-discrimination Commissioner (OADC). The OADC aims to foster a society free of discrimination, prejudice, bias and prohibited conduct.
  • You must complain within 12 months of the discrimination or other conduct happening.
  • There is no age limit on who can make a complaint, but there are special processes if the person is under 18.
  • There is no fee for lodging your complaint.
