Apply for accreditation of a primary producer

• To apply for accreditation you must submit an application form (PDF, 142KB) by email to sheree.stonjek@nre.tas.gov.au, or by post to The Chief Inspector of Primary Produce Safety, Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania, PO Box 46, Kings Meadows 7249.
• This form must be filled out and signed by the proprietor of the primary produce business.
• Primary producer accreditation can only be issued in the name of an individual or business.
• There are different fees and charges depending on the type of accreditation you need.
