About applying for or renewing a trade plate
Trade plates come with a certificate that allows the owner to use the trade plate for 12 months.
If the owner of a trade plate changes the location of the premises where the trade plate was registered to, the new premises must be inspected.
Trade plates cannot be transferred to a new business owner. The new business owner must make a new application.
