- You must have a medical certificate from a doctor to be allowed to travel in a vehicle without wearing a seatbelt.
- Your medical certificate will be supplied by a doctor according to the Assessing Fitness to Drive guidelines.
- Your medical certificate is your exemption. You must always carry your certificate with you when travelling in a vehicle.
