- If you own a dog that is over 6 months old, it must be registered and microchipped.
- You can apply for a new dog registration online or complete an application form (PDF, 351KB) and return it by email to council@nmc.tas.gov.au or by post to PO Box 156, Longford, TAS 7301.
- You can renew a dog registration online or by visiting a service centre, Australia Post Office or return it directly to the Council.
