Key info
- If you own a dog that is over 6 months old, it must be registered and microchipped.
- To register a new dog, you can download a new dog registration form (DOCX, 35KB) or visit the council offices at 3 Ellenor Street, Scottsdale.
- The form can be returned with payment to dorset@dorset.tas.gov.au or by post to Dorset Council, PO Box 21, Scottsdale TAS 7260.
- Dorset Council provides lifetime registrations for dogs. You do not need to renew your registration each year.
