- To connect you can use the online connection form. This takes about 5 to 10 minutes. You must have some ID ready.
- Connection normally takes approximately 3 business days to process. A fee will apply.
- To disconnect you can use the online disconnection form. You must pay for a meter reading to be done to finalise your account. The power at the property will not be turned off.
