Key info

  • A Discharge of Mortgage form is used to discharge a mortgage from a title, where all monies have been repaid.
  • You must provide a completed form, together with the original, completed discharge of mortgage form. You must also provide the original certificate of title (or your financial institution may provide you with a production receipt instead).
  • The form can be completed online or you can download a copy to print, you must go to the LIST and select Tasmanian Online Land dealings to start.
  • You must also pay the fee.
