- An application for strata relief may be made by anyone involved in a strata scheme. Most issues need to be taken to the body corporate for resolution before an application is made.
- You can submit an application form (PDF, 98KB) in person at Level 1, 134 Macquarie Street Hobart 7000, or by post to PO Box 541, Hobart 7001.
- Applications are usually completed within 8 weeks.
- You can appeal against a decision to the Resource Management and Planning Appeal Tribunal within 30 days of the decision.
