• The Australian Organ Donor Register is a national register where you can record your decision about being an organ and tissue donor after your death.
• You must be 16 or older to register.You can complete an online form on the DonateLife website, register via myGov or fill in a printed form.
• Once you've recorded your details on the register you'll be sent a donor card. It will take about 3 weeks to arrive in the post.
• You can change the donation choices you've put in the register at any time.
