- If your Medicare card is lost, stolen or damaged, you can get a new card using your Medicare online account, through myGov, the Express Plus Medicare mobile app or by calling the Medicare program.
- A new card takes about 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. You can use a digital copy of your Medicare card in the meantime.
- You'll be sent a new card about 4 to 8 weeks before your current card expires. You don't need to do anything.
