Declare eligibility for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander programs and services

• The Tasmanian Government has a 3-part test to determine eligibility for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander programs and services.
• For some Tasmanian Government programs and services, you only need to self-identify as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander to be eligible.
• For others, you must complete an eligibility form (PDF, 352KB) and return it to the agency responsible for the program or to a service centre.
• You do not need to complete an eligibility form if you have previously been declared eligible.
