- Eligible Tasmanian students in years 11 and 12 who must live away from home to attend a registered government or non-government school can apply for an accommodation allowance.
- The allowance is limited to a maximum of 2 years unless special circumstances exist. It is not means-tested.
- You need to submit a new application form (PDF, 173KB) for each school year.
