What you need to apply
What you need depends on what happened to your pass and where you apply:
To replace a lost, stolen or damaged bus pass online:
- complete the online application form, and
- pay the fee.
To replace a lost, stolen or damaged bus pass at a service centre:
- complete the application form (PDF, 121KB), and
- pay the fee.
To replace a faulty bus pass at a service centre:
- complete the application form (PDF, 121KB), and
- hand in the faulty card.
Can I apply?
You can apply for a replacement if you hold a current student pass for free travel.

You do not need to prove your identity.
How much it costs
Replacing a lost, stolen or damaged bus pass costs $11.
Faulty bus passes can be replaced free of charge, but you must hand the faulty card in at a service centre.
