We are ​open for business but please check our latest opening information​ before you visit, and consider whether you really need to come in. A number of services are available online, and if you are not sure please contact us on 1300 13 55 13 for more information.

 

What we are doing:

We have a number of measures in place to prioritise the health and safety of our customers in our service centres, including

·         more comprehensive and more frequent cleaning of our service centres, with a focus on high touch areas such as counters and door handles

·         floor markings to help you practice social distancing at our counters 

·         hand sanitiser dispensers being rolled out to all sites and being made available for both customers and staff use

·     asking customers who are unwell or in quarantine or self-isolation to not attend sites in-person​​

·         we will do our best to keep you updated with any changes or restrictions to State Government services.  For the​ latest information please visit  Government service closures .

 

What we want you to do:

·         please do NOT attend a service centre if you are have been confirmed with COVID-19; or are a close contact of a confirmed case; if you have been directed to quarantine or self-isolate; or if you have cold or flu-like symptoms.   We are screening customers and will ask you to leave if you  answer yes to these questions​.  If you need help with a government service call us on 1300 13 55 13 or Ask Us or look online at  www.service.tas.gov.au

·         cough or sneeze into a tissue or your elbow

·         practice social distancing and maintain a 1.5m distance, where possible, from other customers and staff

·         please be patient, kind and respectful to our staff and our other customers
