Other Climate Futures for Tasmania
A research project of the Antarctic Climate & Ecosystems CRC, based in Hobart. The aim of the project is to provide detailed data to better represent Tasmania's geography and its effect on climate change. The data will be made available to local government, emergency services, water authorities, power companies, farmers, graziers, fruit growers, vignerons and researchers
Commonwealth Government CSIRO Marine and Atmospheric Research (CMAR)
CMAR's work encompasses assessment of atmospheric and earth systems, the prediction of climate, weather and ocean processes, and research to integrate coastal management and ensure marine resources and industries are sustainable. Its HQ is located in Hobart
